With an air of exclusivity, the hotel showcases its renewed allure, reimagined by the visionary designer, Davide Muccinelli. This meticulous undertaking breathes modernity and contemporary flair into the spaces while preserving the essence and character that align with the vision of its owner, Dr. Aldo Grassi.

Guided by Muccinelli’s artistic signature, in partnership with Azienda Mille997, a unified stylistic conversation unfolds throughout every nook and cranny of the establishment – from communal areas to guest rooms and suites. The designer orchestrates a symphony of essential lines and sophisticated color palettes, harmoniously blending with contemporary finishes and innovative textures. Notably, the reinterpreted opaqueness of onyx, the allure of ebony, and the elegance of brass intertwine seamlessly, paying homage to the surrounding landscape through the skillful use of marble.

“The Negresco boasts a unique panorama, spanning from the seafront to the Apuan Alps. We enthusiastically embraced the task of creating refined and elegant spaces; that was the heart of the project,” Muccinelli shares. Meanwhile, Mille997 undertook the crafting and supply of prints and revolutionary laser engravings on all materials employed for Il Negresco’s revitalization.

The hotel is a sanctuary of leisure and luxury, featuring a heated hydro-massage pool. Within its embrace lies La Terrazza, a restaurant that unveils a culinary journey rooted in Tuscan tradition and the region’s gastronomic heritage. The menu offers an array of light seafood, meat dishes, and seasonal vegetables that pay homage to the local terroir.

Nestled along the scenic Lungomare of Versilia, Il Negresco stands proudly with its 4-star allure. A haven immersed in an extraordinary landscape, where architectural, historical, and cultural gems await exploration. From quaint villages nestled in valleys to perched hamlets atop the Alps, this region boasts panoramic vistas that stretch from the Cinque Terre to the Apuan Alps. Un’importante riqualificazione ha interessato l’hotel 4 stelle Il Negresco, che apre al pubblico per la stagione estiva 2023 con una splendida location dal sapore esclusivo, sulla riviera della Versilia. Il progetto, che porta la firma e la visione stilistica di Davide Muccinelli, ha saputo modernizzare e rendere contemporanei gli spazi e la struttura, senza stravolgerne l’anima e la personalità, come richiesto dalla proprietà, il Dott. Aldo Grassi.

Muccinelli, con la sua Casa di Moda e Design in collaborazione con Azienda Mille997, ha voluto immaginare un dialogo stilistico comune per tutte le aree che compongono l’albergo, da quelle comuni alle stanze, ed alle suite. Linee essenziali e cromie ricercate si armonizzano con le finiture contemporanee e le texture inedite, come quelle delle trasparenze degli onici reinterpretati, dell’ebano e dell’ottone, accordandosi al tempo stesso con il territorio grazie al sapiente uso dei marmi.

Muccinelli. A sua volta Mille997 ha curato la realizzazione e la fornitura di stampe ed innovative incisioni al laser su tutti i materiali utilizzati per i lavori di riqualificazione del Negresco.

L’hotel ospita, oltre alla piscina con zona di idromassaggio riscaldata, anche il ristorante La Terrazza che propone una cucina tipica, legata al territorio e alla tradizione culinaria toscana, con ricette leggere a base di pesce e carne, e verdure di stagione.

Situato sul Lungomare della Versilia, Il Negresco di Forte dei Marmi, con le sue 4 stelle, si trova immerso in un territorio unico, che vanta un patrimonio architettonico, storico e culturale tutto da scoprire. Dai borghi incastonati nelle valli o arroccati sulle cime delle Alpi, ai panorami sulle montagne e sulla costa fino al Golfo delle Cinque Terre. Dalle 40 camere dotate di balcone si può godere di una fantastica vista sul mare, ammirando un panorama che si estende dalle Cinque Terre alle Alpi Apuane, catena montuosa del Nord della Toscana nota nel mondo per la qualità dei marmi che ne vengono estratti, gli stessi utilizzati anche per i lavori di riqualificazione.

L’hotel mette anche a disposizione la location per eventi privati, dai ricevimenti a bordo piscina, fino alle serate nelle sale interne, dove è possibile organizzare banchetti privati o un aperitivo.
